Important notice: some files are stored on a webserver called Neuf Giga. You can *not* download the files if you do not accept cookies and loading ActiveX control that installs the Java ™ platform on your computer. In a first time, if you have not installed, download it manually on the JAVA (TM) web site. On the server Neuf Giga each file is represented by an icon. You must click on this icon to download the file.
Warning :  some download utilities (like  "Free Download Manager" or  similar ...) prevent the downloading of our  HFZ  files. We strongly recommend  to avoid using it.

2. HFX Tools

   • Repare-HFX-S14-XP.bat |Repare-HFX-S14-Vis32/Sev32.bat | Repare-HFX-S14-Vis64/Sev64.bat | Repare-HFX-S12-XP/Vista/Vista64.bat | Repare-HFX-S11-XP/Vista.bat | Repare-HFX-S10.7-10.8-XP/Vista.bat
     for restoring HFX effect in Studio 10.x or 11.x or 12.x or 14x in XP or Vista or Seven (check 'tips & tricks #1' and 'tips & tricks #2'). For Vista and Seven, log on to administrator mode and switch off the "user account control" (or set to zero in Seven) before running the batch.
   • InstallHFZ.exe
     This file, provided by Pinnacle, can help in some cases to obtain more unlocked transitions than usually come with Studio (Do not execute it, check the FAQ: Error message: "This application has failed to start because HfxClasses60.dll was not found...").
   • FixHFXVolumes1-2.exe
     After installing HFX Vol. 1 or 2, it may appear that the transitions are still locked. Download this fix and execute it.
   • CleanRegHFX55.zip
     Use this tool to clean the Windows registry after uninstalling the software.
     
3. Pinnacle Studio update/patch and tools
   • TransPlug-S12-S14-XP-Vis32.bat and TransPlug-S12-S14-Vis64-Win7.bat used to transfer the plugins that the "Transfer content" have not moved from Studio 12 to Studio 14. Choose the batch file for your operating system -XP and Vista 32 bits- (for XP, Vista 32 and Seven 32) or -Vista 64 bits and Seven 64 bits- (for Vista 64 and Seven 64). For Vista and Seven, log on to administrator mode and switch off the "user account control" (or set to zero in Seven) before running the batch.    • Photo_Studio.exe, an infineon_xp freeware: additionnal details
   • REGDELETE S7/S8/S9/S10/S11/S12/S14
     to be used when you performed a Studio uninstall (to clean the registry). The  uninstall process used by S12 and S14 are much more powerful and should be sufficient to clean the registry. Nevertheless, if you need to cancel the registration of any other Pinnacle product on your computer (serial number, activation keys etc.), Studio 12-14 Regdelete might still be used.
   • Disc Export Patch (S11.x) to be used only if you have sound problem with burned DVD (DVDs burned with Studio playback with no audio)
   • Studio update and patch (warning with beta version)
   • BIAS SoundSoap Installer: to used only if you have problems with SoundSoap authorisation (Studio ULTIMATE only)
   • VitaScene multisession: to be installed only if you are using Studio 11 Ultimate and VitaScene in multi-session (Windows session - to unlock other VitaScene sessions).
