Ok, I am a little bit late with this announcement, but it is better to announce it now, instead of forgetting it...

Pinnacle has published a new video editing software beginning of 2008, a kind of "Studio light". Yes, now you can make your video editing for free. It can be very useful in holidays (where you do not have your computer with you and your preferred video editing software), with your friends, ... This way, you can use your favorite video editing software, of course, with less functions than usual, but it is nevertheless very useful ! So do not wait longer to discover this new product

Some of you noted that 201-PIP_Inverse transition was "unusual"... Indeed, we published it to provoke some questions and curiosity...

Why does this transition not do anything in the video ?.... Well, the answer is revealed this week with a new tip and trick from Le Papy (Tip-5). Allows you to simulate a shoot made with two cameras so it gives the illusion that you are operating high-tech equipment. Thanks to Fehlmann for the translation !

A little bit behind (and old news I forget to publish...). The sites Clubic.com (french) and Tom's hardware (english) have used the latest version of Studio 11 for testing on a record of project HD 1080i format MPEG2.

The graph above is self-explanatory and shows that Studio 11 uses hyper-threading and takes advantage of quad-core processors. The Core 2 Extreme QX6850 Intel ® comes in first and is nearly two times better than the 64x2 6000 + AMD Athlon ®.
