Our first article devoted to the new "Studio Tips & Tricks" topic has been realised by ggfx; I would like to thank ggfx for having accepted to be the first one to publish his article in this section ! This small tutorial concerns "IrfanView", the famous freeware which offer multiple possibilities like "batch conversion" on your pictures. In this article, ggfx explains how using this software to convert your image in one shot, conforming the pictures to "Pinnacle Studio standard" and importing the files without any problems : IrfanView Thumbnails : Batch image conversion.

In order to give you always more content regarding your non linear video editing software, a new page is born: "Pinnacle Studio / Tips & Tricks". I sincerely hope to be able to announce one new trick every one or two week (depending of my free time, ideas and eventually users wishing to help)... Indeed, if you are interested by the publication of your "Tip and Trick", do not hesitate to contact me to publish your small article. No need to be computer scientist or confirmed video maker to help others.

Bignoz is a french website (english translation with Google), which puts at your disposal and completely for free its many writings, diagrams technique, plans, footage and photographs. Of course, it is listed in our links section, but I personally think that the content is worth a visit.

A new VitaScene service pack is available. It includes a safety check to prevent a deadlock in Studio by low graphics memory. The video preview in VitaScene will be disabled in cause of low memory.
