Several possibilities are offered to bring down the snow on your video. One of them is explained by Le Papy in this tutorial. To add a little relief to your purpose, what about being able to simulate a pile of snow that accumulates on your title Titkle Deko ? Demonstration:

STEP 1 - Use of VitaScene plugin in Studio

Insert your video on the main video track. Then insert your title "Title Deko" on the title track. Using the small plug that you must be familiar now, add the plugin proDAD Vitascene, then press OK. The following button appears : Click on "Edit Vitascene Filter" to access the settings ofVitascene

STEP 2 - Fixed settings of Vitascene

Select the transition "Glitter Intense centre Reveal #269". This one is located in the "Glitter Wipes" directory itself located in the "Transition Group #1". Then click the green arrow to apply your transition to your title.
WARNING : Before starting parameter changes, check that your cursor (inverted triangle) is positioned on the first keyframe (yellow diamond).
Replace the default mask by this one. By clicking on the button "Mask-Presets, the list of available masks appear. Select the new mask with a double click of the mouse.
Change the setting of the mask to rotate it 90°. By clicking on the button "Customize Mask, the mask settings appear Change the setting "Rotation" in the "Geometry" area and set the value to 90.
Modify settings of "Glitter Intense" effect to help make the sparkles more coarse and larger to simulate snow. By clicking on the button "Filters", the effect parameters appear. - Lenght = 0 - Highlight - Treshold = 3 - Erosion - Treshold = about 20 - Glow - Intensity = 25 - Highlight - Intensity = 50 - Spot - Intensity = 50 - Spot - Size = 5 Tip : with erosion - treshold you can play with the density of snow. This value should be adjusted according to the color of your title "Title Deko".
Click the button below to see the results of your settings Then you modify the Iris size (mask application) to put snow on your title "Title Deko". The effect is immediately visible on the screen. Keep your lower intact. This value will depend on the positioning of the title "Title Deko". For a title in the middle of the screen, the value will be approximately 50% (here 55%).

At this point, you have an idea of your result, once the snow will accumulate on your title. We must now modify keyframes in order to make the settings at the beginning and end of effect different to create the illusion of snow accumulation.

STEP 3 - Keyframes of Vitascene

Return on keyframes. First, select the first keyframe (yellow diamond) and using the mouse, slide it to return to the situation 2. Second, reposition the cursor (inverted triangle) at the beginning to return to situation 3.
Change the size of the iris, in order to reduce slightly its value, this operation will remove the snow from the title "Title Deko" (here 49%)
Finally, you're done and you can go back to Studio with this little plug.
