It looks like the summer date is now in the Corel developer calendar. Pinnacle Studio 22 has just been released and we can say that they had to work a lot.
I propose today an overview of the changes that await you.
As usual now, the software is proposed in three versions : PS21 $59.95 ($49.95 if upgrade), PS21 Plus $99.95 ($69.95 if upgrade) and PS21 Ultimate $129.95 ($89.95 if upgrade).

Here are the most important new features I've noticed and that make me feel that Corel wanted to bring Studio 22 into the world of professional editing even more.
A complete color grading module : tone curves, Hue/Saturation/Lightness, 4 color wheels, 4 video scopes (waveform, vectorscope, histogram and RGB Parade) and the possibility to apply LUT's (.cube format Look Up Tables).

New modes for adjusting clips on the timeline and 3 - 4 points editing. These are new editing modes directly from the pro world.

The interface of Pinnacle MyDVD has been modified and simplified :

Note that the installation of a first patch will be offered. This patch is only for boxed versions. If you downloaded the software, you got a version "already patched". Your version should be 22.0.1.199
